The Big 3 Gourmet of Echizen/越前おろしそば/Japanese Cuisine & Ryotei
Located in Manyo no Sato Ajimanoen, guests can relax and enjoy the scenery of the garden as it changes from season to season.
The owner is a third-generation *Amimoto in Echizen-cho, and sashimi and seafood rice bowls made with freshly caught fish brought in daily are popular.
During the crab season, crab bowls and seiko bowls are also available.
The service set meal, limited to 30 servings (Tuesday through Friday weekdays), which includes boiled fish and sashimi, is a considerable bargain at 1,100 yen with coffee.
You can also enjoy authentic Echizen oroshi soba (buckwheat noodles with grated radish).
The fact that there is no lunch break makes it possible to stay longer without worrying about the time.
