「Oden」, a winter staple, is an exquisite dish soaked in the secret Japanese soup stock that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Another popular dish is the volga rice, a hearty bowl of chicken rice stir-fried in a sauce made from fresh tomatoes, wrapped in an egg and topped with authentic demi-glace sauce and pork loin cutlets.
