Fans come from outside of the prefecture to enjoy the friendly twin sisters' welcoming.
「The gyoza」, which have been a firm favorite since the restaurant opened, are made with minced meat specially mixed with chicken and pork, chives and cabbage, and garlic marinated in soy sauce, and are grilled to perfection.
「Oden」, a winter staple, is an exquisite dish soaked in the secret Japanese soup stock that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Another popular dish is the volga rice, a hearty bowl of chicken rice stir-fried in a sauce made from fresh tomatoes, wrapped in an egg and topped with authentic demi-glace sauce and pork loin cutlets.
