Since its establishment in 1892 (Meiji 25), Tabaki has been cherished by the local community as a distinguished ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant). Then, through the Taisho, Showa, and Heisei eras, and into Reiwa 6 (2024), it was reborn as a base for exploring the Echizen region, now featuring accommodations, a café, and a gallery.
