Workshops

It was launched by the first generation, Hitoshi Masutani, right after the war. Currently, under the production of Koji Masutani, the third generation, the company is actively developing not only kitchen knives but also new products such as steak knives and chocolat knives.In 2013, the Japanese delegation used Ryusen knives at the "Bocuse d'Or" cooking competition held in France, and the knives became famous. In 2019, we opened a factory and store, allowing customers to see, touch, and feel the appeal of our products more closely. The store's interior and decor incorporate Echizen washi paper and Echizen chests. Knives and other items are available for trial cutting, and regular workshops are also held.
