Many fans come to the restaurant for the "grated buckwheat noodles" made from buckwheat flour grown in the prefecture, which has a subtle sweet taste. The local gourmet "Vorga Rice" has also been served for more than 20 years.
The juicy and tender filet cutlet is once dipped in a sweet and spicy pork cutlet sauce, giving it a taste of impact.
The generous amount of demi-glace sauce mixed with ketchup gives the dish a nostalgic feel when you take a bite.
