Founded in Taisho 7 (1918), Uoeirō is a long-established ryotei in Echizen City with a history spanning over 100 years. You can enjoy delicate and profound Japanese cuisine, crafted from carefully selected seasonal ingredients, in a serene and comforting setting. From tranquil tatami rooms overlooking the Japanese garden to private rooms available for two guests, the setting is ideal for dining with loved ones or celebrating special occasions. The fourth-generation owner, who trained in Kyoto, holds the belief: “Serve hot dishes hot, cold dishes cold, and let guests enjoy each dish at its most delicious state.” With this philosophy, he combines delicate seasonings and exquisite presentation to delight both the eyes and the palate, while providing attentive service and thoughtful care to offer guests the finest experience.
