A long-established ryotei founded in Meiji 20. In an atmosphere like that of a ryokan, you can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients from the prefecture.
By reservation only, available for parties of two or more.
There is also a wedding plan limited to one group per day, featuring a Shinto ceremony at Soja Daijingu Shrine in Echizen City and a ryotei-style reception to celebrate the special day.
Depending on the budget and the event content, dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients procured on the day.
In addition to Japanese cuisine, Western-style menus can also be arranged.
The young proprietress, who holds a sommelier qualification, also offers proposals for the marriage of wine and Japanese cuisine.
