Founded in 1975, relocated to the current store in 2011.
With traditional direct-fire roasting, about 10 types of straight beans and about 14 types of blends are roasted daily, and coffee mills, extraction equipment, and other goods are also abundantly available.
"Genji Roman" is an original blend series with "The Tale of Genji," the representative work of Murasaki Shikibu associated with Echizen City, as its motif.
The flavors and aromas are created in the image of the characters' personalities.
The package illustrations are by sumi-e artist Miyuki Ueda, who is from Echizen City.
