Echizen Oroshi Soba

The restaurant has been in business for 90 years, and regular customers come from inside and outside the local area to enjoy the spicy "oroshi-soba" (grated buckwheat noodles with grated radish).
We have the highest attention to soba and grated daikon, the amount of water added to the buckwheat flour is adjusted according to humidity and temperature, and the buckwheat is hand-kneaded instead of being made by machine.
For grated daikon, the owner personally selects spicy daikon suitable for the season.
The most popular menu item is 「*Tempura Oroshi Soba.」 (grated buckwheat noodles with grated radish) In winter, 「Kamo Namban,」 a delicious combination of sweet leeks and duck, is also popular.
