We serve house-made soba and udon made with noodles that use 70% locally produced buckwheat flour. The owner devotes the greatest effort to the carefully crafted broth, stating, “There is no end to flavor.” Continuously refined through ongoing research and evolution, its flavor continues to attract a devoted following. The signature dishes include “Genki no Deru Curry Udon” and “Ankake Tamago Udon,” known for its rich, silky texture.
