This restaurant offers authentic handmade soba noodles made with buckwheat flour produced in Echizen City. The locals say, "If you go to Sanraku, you must try the 'Torisoba' (chicken noodle)," an addictive dish of chewy soba made every morning with chicken flavor broth. The chicken is tender even after simmering, and is even more delicious with the pepper, and the Japanese parsley and yuzu toppings are a delight. The broth is made from chicken meat alone and is so refreshing that you can drink it all up.
