The Big 3 Gourmet of Echizen/越前おろしそば
We stick to handmade, raw, *Nihachi buckwheat noodles and use domestic buckwheat flour and Fukui buckwheat flour as much as possible. The signature dish, shrimps and grated buckwheat noodles (858 yen), and the value-for-money lunch (880 yen) are popular, especially among locals. The three daily menus are particularly hearty and appreciated by men.
In addition to soba noodles, the restaurant offers an extensive menu of curry, okonomiyaki and set menus.
